Refund Policy

At Peak 10 Mobile Detailing, we strive to provide top-tier service and satisfaction with every appointment. Because our services are personalized and labor-based, refunds are limited, but we stand behind the quality of our work.

 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment. We will work with you to:

  • Inspect the concern

  • Correct the issue (at no additional charge)

  • Or, if necessary, offer a partial refund or credit toward a future service

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • We are unable to complete the service due to our own scheduling or operational issues.

  • There is a verified issue with the quality of service that cannot be corrected.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice

  • No-show appointments

  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions in the vehicle (e.g., stains, damage, excessive pet hair) that were disclosed or beyond the scope of standard detailing

  • Services that were completed as agreed upon but later judged subjectively by the customer (e.g., "not clean enough" without specifics)

 

 Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of future service eligibility.
